WMS improves inventory control
Warehouse Rx warehouse management system (WMS) software provides real-time inventory control. By tracking items from receipt through storage, picking and shipping, Warehouse Rx prevents lost inventory and out-of-stock conditions. The software also provides real-time information on item levels, order status and operator activity. It directs automated replenishment when inventory drops below a predetermined level. Items can be either manually restocked or replenished using an automated materials handling system. Cycle counts, which can be ordered for a specific item, lot or location, ensure accurate inventory records and reduce the need for physical inventories.
