New and improved data capture terminal line
Enhancements have been made to the LANpoint CE family of open architectured data collection terminals. Now both the vehicle-mount and the stationary-mount data collection terminals include touch screen functionality, an optional display heater for lower temperature applications to -20 degrees Celsius, and expanded connectivity to third party 802.11 (b) radio technologies. Users can use the touch screen option to launch easy-to-use graphical user interface applications without the need for an external-pointing device. The terminals also feature a waterproof case and keys large enough for easy use with gloved fingers.

Desktop printer/ applicator
The LAP4100 thermal transfer printer is well suited to applications requiring the precise placement of small labels. Resolution up to 600 dots per inch allow for excellent bar code and graphic image quality. The printer can operate in an automatic or semi-automatic mode, and can easily be converted into a printer/applicator. Parts can be presented and fixtured for fully integrated labeling on a conveyor. Alternatively, parts can be manually presented to the applicator, a switch activated, and a label applied.

Small terminal with big features
Features typically only found in large terminals, such as 8 MB of memory, optional radio frequency identification reader capability, and an extremely large backlit LCD display, are offered by the lightweight PHL-2700 handheld laser scanner terminal. A charging cradle provides RS232 communications at speeds up to 115,200 baud. Increase picking productivity
