Variable information printed on demand

Using Scotch printable label tape, the Next Label Out Label Applicator SA2000 prints and applies images and variable information on demand. As part of an integrated system with case sealing equipment or as a stand-alone component, the label applicator eliminates lead times, excessive inventories and waste. Label widths are available in 2-, 3- and 4-inch tapes and label lengths vary to accommodate any application without mechanical adjustments.

Small but powerful printer

Easy to use, a compact portable thermal printer is 88 by 128 by 50 millimeters and weighs less than 500 grams. When connected to a data terminal, the printer produces labels, receipts or tags using infra-red data and RS-232C communications. Six types of fonts and a character/bar code rotation function are available as well as a flash memory device for storing formats and graphics. A lithium-ion battery allows a minimum of 300 pieces of 40-millimeter pitch labels to be issued per one battery charge.
