Five steps to slow employee turnover
Staff -- Modern Materials Handling, 1/1/2003
Employee turnover is a challenge to both remaining workers and their managers, as companies must adjust to hiring and training new people. Now there's a resource that can help stop this turnover at the source; a series of professional development seminars that companies can host at their own sites.
