The model 6300 for all types of mobile materials handling equipment features an 8-inch lowered height, 12,000-pound capacity and 6 x 12 inch platform. Features include 18 x 66 inch hinged bridges for access to the raised truck beds and a 5-horsepower unit for a 10-foot per minute speed.

Dockboards feature safety curbs

Designed for extra strength and safety, an aluminum treadplate dockboard features yellow safety curbs constructed of structural steel with cast-tapered ends. Canted locking legs provide increased durability and fork truck portability. A bend of 11 degrees at 9 inches from the edge allows the edge to be flush at the dock.

Level the dock

With the push of a button, a hydraulic dock leveler rises for safe loading and unloading. A variety of models is available to handle weight capacities ranging from 25,000 to 50,000 pounds. The six- and eight-foot long models rise to 12 inches above dock level and lower to 12 inches below. The ten-foot long models rise to 18 inches and lower to 9 inches. A hydraulic load sensing system, self-cleaning lug-type lip hinge and structural, dock-level support legs are some of the features.

Almost indestructible

Rugged and built to withstand the rigors of high traffic docks, a heavyweight dock door has a nearly indestructible Impact-A-Track door track that absorbs the heaviest impacts. Built tough

Tuffboard dockboards are constructed of high-strength steel for durability in abusive situations. Lift loops allow easy forklift placement while a non-slip diamond treadplate provides positive traction. Rounded edge curbs also prevent a forklift from running off the dockboard and saves tires from cuts and wear. Handling loads weighing between 15,000 and 20,000 pounds, the dockboards offer widths from 60 to 72 inches and lengths from 48 to 96 inches.

Impact-resistant dock door panels

Knock&Lock self-resetting dock door replacement panels offer a durable solution to damaged dock door sections. The rugged panel with a highly abrasion-resistant interior skin automatically resets itself after impact and has dual slide locks for security. Available in lengths of 8, 9 and 10 feet and heights of 24 and 21 inches, Knock&Lock panels have a two-inch thick EPS foam core to absorb and disperse impact energy while providing insulation. The two available styles are a single break-away panel that swings outward only and a double break-away panel that swings in both directions.

Lighten up

Two high-intensity discharge lamps, the DKL-40VA-MH-A (metal halide) and the DKL-40VA-HPS-A (high-pressure sodium), offer enough light for workers to accurately read labels on packages in the rear of a 50-foot trailer. The metal halide dock light is equipped with a 100-watt bulb, providing a light output of 7,800 lumens. The high-pressure sodium lamp has a 50-watt bulb for up to 4,000 lumens. Both lamps have adjustable arms constructed of 1-1/2- inch square steel tubing and featuring 300-degree horizontal movement and 210-degree vertical movement. Additional features include a spun aluminum inner reflector, nylon and steel washers at all joints, and chip-resistant yellow powder coating for high visibility and durability.
