Arm lengths for the high and super capacity racks are 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, 48, and 60 inches. Column heights are up to 20 feet. The straight and inclined arms between 12 and 60 inches long offer a variety of storing options.

Protection in high bay areas

Protecting employees from falling while working in high-bay areas, a pallet-flow pick-module swing gate is ideal for picking bays with multiple deep pallets in which pallet flow prohibits the use of dual gate safety devices. The gates fit into all manufacturers' rack, are easily assembled and are 42 inches in height with various widths available. Hinge brackets attach to existing rack and the gates then attach to the brackets. When pallet is pushed into position on pallet flow rails, the gates with strong torsion springs open automatically and close automatically once the pallet flows into its picking position.

Prevent top shelf load spills

Prevent accidental load spills from the top shelf of pallet racks with the Cargo-Shield, a wire mesh panel restraint system that locks to pallet rack frames with simple latch fittings. The panels attach to frames by means of an offset upright post, which allows users to install the system without tools and easily move the panel up and down. In the "up" position, the panel guards act as a barrier to prevent load spills. In the "down" position, stockpickers have full access to products stored on the upper shelf of the rack.

Crank it out

Improving storage density and accessibility as well as safety and ergonomics, a crank-out sheet rack system requires only ten pounds of torque to move a 5,000-pound load. With the help of a crank, users can access drawers and then use sheet lifts, magnets, vacuum lifts or forklifts to handle heavy materials. The sheet rack systems are available in four models with four to eight drawers each. Drawer widths are 50 and 62 inches, lengths are 98, 122 and 146 inches and heights are between 4 and 12 inches.

Maximum storage, minimum space

Available in a variety of sizes and configuration, the MasterTrak overhead track high-density storage system allows maximum storage in a minimum space. A patented roller assembly eliminates binding, even on extremely uneven floors. Lengths of the overhead track range from 6 to 21 feet. Mobile intermediate shelf sections utilize caster locks, making assembly fast and easy. Adjusting the height of intermediate shelves is also simple and does not require dismantling the system or removing any other shelves.

Rack repair and protection

Called the "Bulldog," an impact-deflecting accessory can be installed on undamaged front frame post to reinforce the first 12 inches of the base of pallet rack columns. It uses 2-3/4-inch anchors to resist impact and eliminate frame post twist. Also offering impact-deflection is the Elite, a double leg front frame post repair kit. Features include bolted installation and 3-3/4-inch anchors.
