IBM and Michigan State University (MSU) are teaming up to develop the great minds of future supply chain professionals. With the fall 2003 semester, Michigan State's Eli Broad College of Business and IBM will open the doors to the Center for On-Demand Supply Chain Research.
Through IBM's Shared University Research (SUR) award, Broad College receives software, eServer and storage technologies, which will enable graduate students and faculty to study, simulate and analyze the key relationships across supply chains. Meanwhile, IBM will be able to test new processes and develop more effective on-demand supply chains.
