Scan windows are frost-free

The Frost Free Scanner (FFS) has a heated scan window on handheld computers to eliminate condensation in freezer and cold applications. FFS allows users to move between cold and warm environments without the scan window fogging. It can operate in environments ranging from 22 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit.

Convert rack into picking system

The add-on pick tray easily converts rack into a split case picking system. Added to any pallet or carton flow rack, the pick tray holds boxes up to 50 pounds per foot. The tray is made of galvanized steel and measures 15 inches deep. It mounts on rack at a 30-degree angle to tip boxes toward the picker. It also integrates with pick-to-light systems.

Self-diagnostic printer/applicator

A series of label print-and-apply systems features an on-board programmable logic controller (PLC) that controls each operational sequence. The taggants embedded in the paper stock are invisible in ordinary light but readily visible under the ultraviolet light of the TechMark Vericam reader. They can be formulated in paper to create a unique identifying code that is difficult to duplicate or alter.
