Adjustable speed generator
The OptiGen adjustable speed generator automatically changes an engine’s power output to meet load requirements without compromising the desired fixed frequency and voltage output. Designed for applications where standby power generation is required, the generator can lower the engine’s revolutions per minute (RPM) to match lighter load requirements. It also provides up to 250% rated power for electric motor starting. Benefits include reduced noise levels, efficient fuel usage, longer engine life and a small installation footprint.

Bearings bear heavy loads
Suitable for heavy workloads in wheels, conveyor rollers and other materials handling components is the radial series of unground double row bearings. The bearing’s inner and outer rings are constructed of selected carbon steel and hardened for long life and maximum shock resistance. Two rows of precision steel balls also provide stability. All bearings are zinc-plated for protection against corrosion. Dynamic load capacity based on one million revolutions ranges from 419 to 2249 pounds.

Driving conveyors
Ideal for conveyor applications, the Decentral Individual and Integrated drives offer maximum installation flexibility and reduced lead-times of industrial machinery. Individual drives can be used on any standard AC motor or mounted on the wall or application equipment. They include a motor switch that integrates soft-start and soft-stop functionality for applications where fixed speed operation is required in the forward and reverse direction. Integrated drives feature a matched frequency converter and a pre-set adaptation between the drive and motor for energy efficient control.
