Easier picking

Offering high-volume capacities, the Twin Bin horizontal carousel can be configured for 8 to 50 bins, each with two pick faces that doubles the shelf space available for picking at any one time. Four standard bin depths are available: 12.5, 13.5, 15 and 18 inches. Units can be furnished with an even number of bin faces ranging from 28 to 200. Maximum live load capacity per bin is up to 2,000 pounds.

Grip small items

A mini-load automated storage and retrieval system with gripper technology allows direct load handling without using trays or bins as loading units. Storing totes and cartons with minimal gaps enables compact system dimensions. The gripper gently handles a large variety of sizes and styles of cartons and totes and can be easily applied to full-case and split-case picking. Single- and double-deep storage configurations are available. Vacuum devices can also be added to the gripper for handling cartons with variable dimensions and properties.

Storage on the move

Flexible and mobile, a line of modular drawer cabinets allows users to adjust drawer arrangements and transport the entire unit using a forklift. A forklift base consisting of two lifting channels attached to the cabinet frame enables safe transportation, even when the unit is fully loaded. The drawers have a 400-pound capacity and can be adjusted to various configurations and heights. A TipStop floor anchoring system keeps the cabinet from tipping forward, permitting users to have more than one drawer open at a time.
