Flexible Material Handling plans to acquire MAXX Material Handling LLC, a provider of powered loading and unloading products.

As part of the agreement, FMH will immediately market the entire line of MAXX rigid conveyor systems in the United States, Canada and Mexico along with its existing line of Nestaflex flexible power-driven and gravity conveyors. Included in this line of rigid conveyors designed for loading trucks are telescopic conveyors, rigid drive-out extendable conveyors, single-boom extendable as well as short-boom telescopic conveyors.

"The joining of the two companies will create a single-source capable of providing today's marketplace with a full range of innovative, high-volume conveyor systems," says Ian Wilkins, president and general manager of FMH.
