Floor-mounted jib crane for low headroom

An ergonomic articulating jib device called the Easy Arm Intelligent Lifting Arm integrates G-Force lifting technology and a processor-controlled servo-drive system. It provides easy access in work cells where low headroom and obstructions make it impossible to use a ceiling-mounted system. A four-bolt pattern allows easy placement anywhere on a six-inch reinforced floor. The Easy Arm operates at a wide range of speeds and has adjustable tension of both arms.

Safety first

Keep warehouse operations safe with the S 3000 safety laser scanner that shuts down materials handling and other equipment when it detects an object or person within a hazardous zone. The scanner can be used in stationary as well as mobile applications for two- and three-dimensional horizontal and vertical safeguarding of lift trucks, automatic guided vehicles and other equipment. A 190-degree scanning range and up to 16 user-definable protection scenarios are offered. The S 3000 also safeguards two to three times more area than standard safety scanners, according to the supplier.

Easier loading of trailers

Designed to automate the loading of trailers, a gravity conveyor features a cantilevered base and powered three-stage telescoping boom that retracts to save floor space. The gravity conveyor's wide design provides increased accumulation capacity by freeing upstream conveyors and reducing sorter recirculation. PVC gravity rollers quietly transport and accumulate products in the extended operating mode. Sloped side channels hold products onto the transport rollers.
