Crane family moves loads to 5 tons

Krane-King jib cranes offer load capacities to 5 tons and are available in multiple mounting styles including base, foundation and sleeve. All models have standard spans and height combinations ranging from 8 to 20 feet. A four-roller design with articulated roller housing provides precise, easy 360-degree rotation, even under full loads. Adjustable rollers also ensure proper boom leveling and front clamp connection allows for additional leveling capabilities.

Single girder cranes

A standard single girder crane is available in two designs depending on load capacity and crane span. The WF beam design is suitable for cranes with up to 10-ton capacities and 60-foot spans. The box girder design can be used with cranes spanning more than 60 feet and lifting as much as 15 tons. Both cranes include a two-speed selection for hoist and travel drives. Options offered are variable frequency control, remote control and dual hoist arrangements.

Floor-mounted jib crane for low headroom

The Easy Arm Intelligent Lifting Arm is an ergonomic articulating jib device integrating G-Force lifting technology and a processor-controlled servo-drive system. It provides easy access in work cells where low headroom and obstructions make it impossible to use a ceiling mounted system. A four-bolt pattern allows easy placement anywhere on a six-inch reinforced floor. The Easy Arm operates at a wide range of speeds and has adjustable tension of both arms.

Bridge crane spans 30 feet

Designed to hang from overhead building steel such as roof trusses and beams, ceiling mounted workstation bridge cranes offer load capacities of up to 4,000 pounds. The crane's bridge spans to 30 feet while its runways can extend to any length. Plain runway tracks are supported up to 6 feet apart and trussed runways up to 30-foot centers. Four track profiles are available including sway bracing, flush clamp and tie rod hanger assembly for plain and trussed tracks.

Control cranes for up to 8 hours

Radius, a radio frequency controlling device, uses three two-step drives to effectively control cranes and hoists for up to eight hours. A rotary switch allows users to operate a second trolley or hoist. Safety features include a stop button, on/off button and signal horn keys as well as a key switch.

Handle loads up to 2,200 pounds

Aluminum rail workstation crane systems efficiently handle loads ranging from 35 to 2,200 pounds. Styles include monorail and single and double girder. A lightweight profile with T-slots allows the system to provide multiple configurations as well as incorporate a wide variety of lifters and end effectors. Precise tolerances of the rail combined with smooth running trolleys enable manual operation where motorization would ordinarily be needed.

Boom crane reaches farther

A reversible boom crane with a knuckle boom combination is able to pick up loads as close as 18 inches from the base as well as reach out 200 inches. The self-propelled counterweighted crane operates at speeds ranging from one foot per minute up to four miles per hour. Load capacities vary from 1,000 to 20,000 pounds.

Avoid collisions

Two collision avoidance systems, UltraGuard and LCAS (Laser Collision Avoidance System), protect loads being moved by overhead cranes from colliding with walls and other equipment. UltraGuard is a self-contained, zone-adjustable range detection system that operates with ultrasonic technology and digital processing. It features three operating modes for a variety of applications and reflective functions. LCAS uses retroreflective laser technology to detect stationary and moving objects. With a range of 164 feet, the system activates an alarm whenever a moving target is detected within its set warning distance.
