Sort items directly into totes

Suitable for a variety of small- and medium-sized products, a split tray sorter sorts items directly into cartons and totes. Optional small, specialized chutes can be added underneath the sorter carousel to save space and perform stacking requirements, buffering and other post-sort tasks. A series of self-guided vehicle (SGV) systems offers flexibility for warehouse operations. Layout Wizard, the vehicles' user-friendly software, uses laser guidance technology to define a path, which eliminates the need to make physical changes to a facility. Available in multiple configurations, the ES-100 palletizer handles light and heavy cases. The RC-8 security cart measures 48 × 24 × 70 inches and features the EZ Latch N Lock mechanism. A redesigned fork-style laser-guided vehicle (LGV) utilizes LaserWay technology to recognize reflectors and continuously position itself on a defined path. An automatic turntable stretch wrapper allows forklift operators to remain in the truck and tend to other tasks while a pallet is wrapped. Users set a pallet onto the powered infeed conveyor of the A-Series Plus machine and activate it using a remote pendant.
