Provia and viastore align

Provia Software, a provider of supply chain execution software and RFID solutions, and viastore systems, a provider of automated storage/retrieval systems (AS/RS) and materials handling controls systems, are aligning to provide global supply chain execution and RFID solutions together.

The combined companies will represent a $100 million global supply chain execution, materials handling and radio frequency identification (RFID) provider with over $45 million in software revenue, 400 employees, over 1,000 customers, and more than 2,000 installations worldwide.
