Integrated Warehousing Solutions (800-682-2910, www.iws-irms.com), a provider of warehouse management systems, has selected Sonic Software's Enterprise Service Bus as its integration tool.

Sonic Software (781-999-7000, www.sonicsoftware.com), an independent company of Progress Software, is a provider of tools that enable a company to integrate applications across the enterprise using a standards-based, server-oriented architecture.

"We already integrate with SAP and other ERP (enterprise resource planning) solutions," said Carl Brewer, president. "But we recognize that a WMS (warehouse management system) is no longer a stand-alone system. We need to provide seamless integration with other enterprise systems."

In addition, Brewer added that the Sonic tool will allow IWS to easily integrate to over 200 ERP, SCM and CRM applications including PeopleSoft/JD Edwards, Oracle, SSA Global/Baan and other leading ERP systems.

"The scope of this product is limitless and provides us with the flexibility to integrate with almost any other enterprise system on the market, very easily, and in a cost-effective way," Brewer added.
