Apply labels at high speed

Designed to apply pressure-sensitive labels at high speeds, the Alpha V40 label applicator automatically peels labels from a supply roll and affixes them to items traveling on a conveyor. Labels measuring up to 4.72 inches wide and 19.7 inches long are applied to cartons moving at speeds up to 210 feet per minute with 0.04-inch placement accuracy. The system's integrated controller stores up to 30 label settings and automatically avoids double or skipped labeling. The applicator applies labels to the side, top and bottom of products and is available in right- and left-hand configurations.

Designed for low-level orderpicking, cold storage and freezer applications, the B60Z and B80Z walkie rider pallet trucks are available in 6,000- and 8,000- pound lift capacities, respectively.
