Bulk container features small footprint

Featuring a 32 × 30 inch footprint and 17-inch height, a bulk container is designed for delivering heavy piece parts and hardware to line operations. Its proprietary rib design and high-density polyethylene construction provide durability, low tare weight and maximum protection of heavy parts. Maximum load capacity is 1,000 pounds, and the container is stackable up to six high.

Low-maintenance conveyor rollers

For reduced maintenance and smooth operation, the PosiGrip accumulation conveyor features rollers powered by quiet, synchronous belting in a positive drive. The drive gears are formed directly into the rollers, eliminating metal-to-metal contact and the need for lubrication. The system allows non-contact, zero- pressure accumulation into zones driven by the motorized rollers. As product reaches the photo-eye at the discharge point of the zone, the drive roller stops. Checkweigher handles various-sized containers

The Starweigh checkweigher maintains high throughput and accuracy rates while handling a wide range of container sizes. Processing between 200 and 400 cartons a minute, the checkweigher manages irregularly shaped containers measuring from 0.75 to 6.5 inches in diameter. Products are fed from a conveyor into pockets in the unit's starwheel and aligned to separate scales so each item is weighed individually.

A Jacketed Spring Belt is an elastic drive belt that offers greater tension, grip and drive performance in tough applications than traditional O-ring belts, according to the supplier. Featuring steel spring O-rings, the belts perform for long periods at high temperatures as well as in chemically contaminated environments. Securely lock loads to pallets

The Pallet-Grip stretch-wrap containment system secures loads to pallets yet leaves unobstructed access for fork truck handling. Available as a retrofit or option on new stretch-wrap machines, the system effectively attaches a load to the pallet with bottom wraps of film that have been twisted into a cable.
