Warehousing salaries / wages

According to the 2004 edition of Warehousing Salaries and Wages, there have been pay increases across all 15 job categories surveyed. The 142-page report from the Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC) can be purchased at www.werc.org.

At the top of pay scale is VP of logistics at $147,625. Other notables include director of logistics at $113,350 and operations manager at $64,400. Among hourly workers, shipping/receiving clerks received the highest percentage raise at 8.7%.
