Sortation for range of items

The Comb Tray sorter is designed to handle up to 9,000 books, CDs or videotapes an hour by sorting and stacking them in totes. An automatic delivery and retrieval system directs the totes through the system. Each item's height is measured to ensure the totes are filled to the optimum capacity. Once a tote is filled, an automatic retrieval system exchanges a full tote for an empty one.

RFID printer-applicator rejects bad tags

The model 5200 RFID label printer-applicator prints, encodes, verifies, and applies pressure-sensitive smart labels to cartons and pallet loads in one operation. A selection of print-encode engines that utilize thermal/thermal-transfer technology to produce labels with text, bar codes and graphics at 203 dpi are available. Three-wheel AC-powered trucks
