Intertape Polymer Group, honored for warehousing excellence, consolidated three warehouses into a new 200,000 square foot facility in Danville, Va. The new facility handles triple the volume of the closed facilities with only 32 people.
Cummins Engine Co., honored for manufacturing excellence, turned to a tow line and RFID technology to automatically route engines through 68 workstations.
Finally, Elizabeth Arden, Inc. was honored for distribution excellence after expanding a 235,000 square foot facility into 400,000 square feet while doubling orders from 2,000 to 4,000 a day.
