At ProMat, Diamond Phoenix introduced The Diamondware Warehouse Execution System (WES) 3.0. The software synchronizes order fulfillment, materials handling and shipping systems, bringing many execution-level functions into one application. This simplifies overall software integration and reduces IT costs by requiring only one interface to interact with the entire system.

Diamond has also introduced voice-directed picking to its family of DirectPick technologies. DirectPick Voice-Directed Picking utilizes Vocollect's hands-free, voice-directed work solutions and is applicable in a variety of applications, from order entry to replenishment.
