Accommodate a variety of products

The LLP-5 palletizer is fully config-urable to a variety of applications and products. Automatic operation can accommodate 25 cases per minute. Three separate drives offer superior handling control at infeed. Design allows for product innovation and can be built to match specifications. Several options are available, including slip and tier sheet dispensers. Currie Machinery Company 408-727-0422 www.currie.net

Case heights, no problem

No overhead layer sweep and unrestricted pallet heights are standard for the HP300 case palletizer. A variety of case patterns can be programmed into the system and changeover is performed without tools. The unit stacks onto pallets or slaveboards, and interfaces easily with stretchwrappers and other existing equipment.

Compact palletizing

Easily integrated with current systems, a single-line palletizer features up to six-axis movement, allowing for compact footprints. Wide working envelopes with small footprints allow for a less bulky system with a reduced interference area. The palletizer can be easily integrated into existing systems.

Improve efficiency

The Model 72SA semi-automatic bag palletizer improves efficiency and ergonomics of hand palletizing heavy bagged products with automatic lift-to-pallet operation. Bags are oriented upon soft-touch ball bearing rollers by users who then slide bags over a low-friction roller transfer table to create complete layers. Once completed, users push a control button to activate machine, lifting layer to previous pallet layer.
