Labeling made easy

A push-button labeling system is ideal for a variety of applications, allowing for multiple lines to be fed to one operator who can label a variety of products. The system replaces the conventional labeling method of pre-printing large quantities of labels. Operators can print individual labels at the push of a button, allowing them to be more efficient in handling variable products. The solution reduces label waste by allowing operators to only print the amount of labels that are specifically needed. The unit requires only printers and an Ethernet interface.

Dynamic RFID solution

Lift trucks can now operate as a mobile RFID data collection tool with the Warehouse Tracking System. The forklift reads pallet tags and tracks every warehouse product movement. This approach to reading RFID tags decreases the need for RFID portals at every dock door while improving inventory accuracy. The RFID forklift solution is able to identify and track product on board the forklift from loading to unloading. With an automated shipping and receiving process, forklift operators can focus on driving the trucks and improve their productivity instead of manually scanning bar codes.
