Austria-based TGW Transportgeräte GmbH and Co.KG has entered into a definitive agreement with Paragon Technologies to purchase its conveyor division Ermanco. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, as well as approval by Paragon's stockholders.

Ermanco vice president Gordon Hellberg is excited about the move. "You have two companies that service systems integrators in Europe and the U.S.," he says. "Now we are the largest in the world servicing this market. It's a great time to expand the new TGW-Ermanco name in the marketplace."
