RFID printer self-corrects

The ALX RFID Print/Apply encodes and prints unique RFID labels and automatically applies the encoded labels to cartons, cases and pallets. During the encoding process, the system detects and then rejects miscoded or unreadable RFID labels. Faulty labels are rewound with spent media carrier onto the system's rewind apparatus. The system then encodes and prints the next label, and applies it to the targeted item.

Retrieve containers in comfort

This unit can be used to transport containers from a staging area, to a work cell and back again. While in the work cell, the Container Transporter/Rotator will raise a 1,500-pound load up to 35 inches and rotate it with side tilting forks up to 90 degrees in either direction. Lift and tilt are controlled independently so containers can be positioned at a comfortable working height for any size worker. The unit is ideally suited for use with "drop gate" style containers. Because there is no mast to reach over, workers can "walk into" containers to access even the deepest parts without strain.

Keep eyes on your product

A 2 megapixel vision sensor, the In-Sight 5403 captures full-frame, 1600 x 1200 images at up to 15 frames per second for highly detailed inspection of fast moving objects. The resolution of the system provides increased accuracy for precision gauging, alignment, and fine-defect inspection on very small parts. By capturing images of larger parts or viewing multiple objects simultaneously, the 5403 performs inspections that formerly required multiple sensors. Alternatively, the 5403 can be mounted further from the part while maintaining the required resolution to provide working distance flexibility.
