Logicor acquires pfastship

Logicor, a provider of transportation management services, has completed its acquisition of pfastship Worldwide Logistics, a supplier of multi-carrier shipping execution systems.

Pfastship's addition will facilitate the escalation of product offerings Logicor provides to its customers, according to the company. "I feel strongly that this underscores our commitment to provide our customers with the most feature rich and contemporary choices in the enterprise supply chain software market today," says Gary Deutsch, Logicor president and CEO.
