Dematic opens its doors

Dematic Corp., a supplier of automated materials handling systems and solutions, has recently opened for business. Dematic is the successor company of the former Distribution and Industry Group of Siemens Logistics and Assembly Systems Inc. As part of a new regional and international organization, Dematic is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Siemens AG.
