Bolted Rack Technology
The Interlock rack system features uprights constructed with bolted connections instead of welded ones. Modular technology allows users to modify, reconfigure and repair their rack system, making it easier to incorporate a new picking system or accommodate odd-size stock keeping units. The complete installation requires no incremental inspection or maintenance. A recessed channel is incorporated in the steel rack uprights to eliminate any potential interaction of the hardware with product, pallets and operations personnel. Interlake Material Handling, Inc.

Mobile Flow Rack
This mobile flow rack is ideal for manufacturing assembly areas, parts picking workstations or anywhere full-case or split-case picking is needed. It features heavy-duty welded 11- and 13-gauge steel construction. Available with Kenrail roller tracks or mini roller conveyors, the unit includes casters for any application and can be moved where parts or products are needed. Many sizes are available: two to six feet wide, three to six feet deep and up to eight feet high.

Stackable Shipping Racks
Stackable shipping racks provide product protection as well as the economical return and reuse of the racks. Total design services are offered for these racks, including AutoCAD drafting. In many cases, a custom rack can be designed with no more than a prototype of the part to be shipped. Many types of interior protective dunnage are used to keep parts from being damaged during transit. The racks are often designed with folding sides, which allows empty racks to be stacked more densely for lower freight costs on the return trip. This also prevents the rack posts from being misplaced in shipment. The racks are ideal for shipping items such as transmissions, hoods, catalytic converters, side panels and glass.

Modular rack protects inventory
A security option is available for this modular rack system. The feature provides effective part containment when point-of-use racking systems are unmonitored on the plant floor. The rack has metal sides and retractable front and rear shutters, creating a totally enclosed structure for light security. The manually operated rolling shutter with key lock system further enhances security of small part inventory. The modular flow rack is constructed from 16-gauge steel tubing increasing load-bearing capacity. Height adjustable shelves maximize picking efficiency and are made of steel to eliminate risk of warping under heavy loads.

Pallet Rack with tubular design
The SK2000 pallet rack features an all-tubular design that provides excellent torsion strength and impact resistance. The pallet rack is easy to install with boltless connections using three rivets instead of two, increasing resistance to "tear-out." Standard teardrop connector holes allow for easy and secure assembly without tools and the beam-safety lock engages automatically for faster and more secure installations. The SK2000 pallet rack is available in a variety of sizes and capacities.

Drive-In/Drive-Thru Storage Racks
Drive-in and drive-thru racks eliminate the need for conventional traffic aisles and allow maximum use of the warehouse cube for high-density pallet storage from floor-to-ceiling. Drive-in systems are designed for one-way lift truck entry, permitting trucks to move in or out of rack bays freely to store incoming loads or retrieve outbound loads for shipment. Bays can be up to five pallet rows deep and the system is ideally suited for last-in, first-out inventory management. Drive-thru systems have two access aisles for loading and retrieval. Lift trucks can enter the rack bay from either aisle, and exit the bay in the same direction of travel as entered. Drive-thru systems readily accommodate first in, first-out stock flow.

Pallet Rack
The basic components of this pallet rack are upright frames and beams. Each is manufactured to exacting tolerances to provide many years of service at the rated loads. The roll-formed, one-piece beam is engineered to achieve the highest possible strength-to-weight ratio in the most frequently desired load ratings through the use of high strength steel. All beams have a step for accessories and a recessed safety key that resists an upward force from materials handling equipment up to 1,000 pounds. Pallet rack beams are finished in safety yellow baked enamel for high visibility.

Bar Storage Rack
Bar storage rack organizes bar ends, saw drops and pipe and allows for fast identification and retrieval of materials. The space-saving rack bolts together for easy assembly and bolts to the floor for added stability. It features heavy-duty uprights of 1/4-inch thick steel grid. Starter units have a capacity of 500 pounds per opening. There are 66 openings with a total capacity of 16,000 pounds. Options include a galvanized shelf.
