Boost palletizing productivity
Suited to low-volume packaging and handling operations, the No-Lift semi-automatic palletizer enables faster stacking for increased productivity. Boxes from an in-feed conveyor are positioned on the ball transfer table, forming a layer. The operator then pushes a button and the palletizer stacks the boxes and lowers the pallet for the next layer. When the loaded pallet is removed and replaced with an empty one, the palletizer raises it to the correct height and the process is repeated. Pallet/lid system locks totes in place
A nestable pallet and lid system with a 45 x 48 inch footprint allows four-way fork entry and has a 1-inch lip to prevent totes from shifting or sliding off. Order release system for grocery DCs
An order release pick system meets the demands of grocery distribution centers with high volume, varied packaging types and sequenced case output. The module buffers cases of a particular stock keeping unit in 34-foot lanes over a number of decks. The buffer lanes automatically dispense the cases in any required sequence onto an outbound conveyor, which takes them to a loading station. There, they are loaded onto pallets, roll cages or directly into the truck. Sequencing can be achieved based on weight, in product groups and truck route.

Combustion engine forklift available in six models

Regulate temperatures with ceiling fans
The Powerfoil industrial ceiling fan is available in diameters ranging from 6 to 24 feet. The fan moves air throughout facilities as large as 20,000 square feet at a rate of 337,000 cubic feet per minute. When set at higher speeds, the fan can lower temperatures by 8 to 12 degrees. During colder seasons, running the fan on lower speeds helps evenly distribute warm air in heated spaces while reducing the effects of condensation.
