Remote control transmitter with unique levers

The T34C remote controller/transmitter features a rugged, lightweight belly box design. Its unique shape and style provide the equipment operator with a durable and easy-to-use controller. Ideal for indoor and limited outdoor overhead crane remote control applications, the transmitter's control levers are machined from aircraft-quality 6061 billet aluminum. Curtains protect food processing equipment

Designed to surround food processing equipment during sanitation, Clean Curtains separate equipment to be cleaned from active processing operations. The partitions have a slick surface to shed water and soils. They are available in 40 mil PVC, 40 mil USDA grade PVC or 40 mil antimicrobial PVC. To eliminate trapped contamination, the curtains have welded seams instead of sewn joints or hems. The panels are clear from top to bottom and overlap to prevent wash breakthrough and to allow traffic to pass through. Heavy-duty truck series

A full line of heavy duty, all-welded steel construction trucks handle up to 10,000 pound loads. With durable powder coat finish, styles include platform, two- and three-sided and bar cradle trucks. Platform trucks are 24 x 36 x 48 inches with 14-gauge steel decks that handle up to 2,000 pound loads. Controller manages conveyor operations

Conveyor merge, divert and transfer functions can be managed with the ZoneLink ZL.S-C412-D UBT controller instead of a programmable logic controller, eliminating the need for a programming investment. The hoist's control pendant guides programmable acceleration and braking ramps to minimize load vibration. When the standard upper and lower limit switches are approached, the hoist automatically reduces to low speed to minimize potential damage. Wearable device improves picking accountability

The Watch-Me ID pick-to-light system automatically captures the identification of orderpickers and tracks their tasks, improving productivity and accountability. The device straps on the wrist and provides a hands-free interface that does not require pickers to push a button to complete a pick. Lightweight and easy to use, the technology identifies each picker to the supplier's Pick-MAX modules during a pick or put. The system also provides picker accountability for every pick in the system and eliminates the need for picker logon and logoff functions. Kanban system is RFID based

The OptiKan wireless electronic kanban system is RFID based. It eliminates dependence on line-of-sight parts replenishment calls, helping to optimize efficiency by reducing vehicle travel and unnecessary downtime. The system also provides more dynamic, intelligent allocation of tasks to workers feeding the assembly line. This increases the timeliness and accuracy of parts replenishment while reducing indirect labor costs. The system works in conjunction with the Line Asset Communicator wireless messaging device that triggers automatic, real-time task requests via radio frequency. Ergonomic, powered picking cart

The PC 500 powered picking cart holds a variety of equipment including a computer, printer and scanner, as well as inventory. Data management capabilities track inventory in real time and print labels on demand. The ergonomic cart is mounted on 6 inch rubber casters, and has a narrow profile that is easy to move and position with minimal operator effort. It carries as many as three shelves that are ergonomically adjustable and may be set at different heights to suit the operator and the task at hand. The standard power package offers a 44 amp hour battery, a 500 watt inverter and a 20 amp charger. An integrated battery volt monitor shows the level of available charge. Hydraulic load leveler holds 4,000 pounds

The P4 hydraulic load leveler manual loads and unloads pallets. Its platform lowers to floor height, permitting loads up to 4,000 pounds to be placed and removed. When loading a pallet, the platform rises by hydraulic power to the full up position, then lowers as items are loaded. When unloading pallets, the platform starts at its lowest height then progressively rises. The unit may be accessed from all four sides, and is equipped with a photoelectric toe guard to stop downward travel if an obstruction blocks the sensor beam. Cube, weigh large items

Working in conjunction with heavy-capacity floor scales, the CubiScan 1200-AKL large-capacity, static-dimension scanning device provides accurate cube and weight data for large palletized or irregularly shaped freight. Using an overhead-mounted sensor, it provides a comprehensive view of the freight measurement area while allowing access from four sides. The scanning device may be configured with casters for easy relocation. Alternately, the device may be permanently mounted to a facility's ceiling to provide unobstructed access and protecting the sensing technology from damage. Unmanned system changes batteries in a minute

The fully automated, high-speed Northstar battery changing system performs battery changes in 1 minute or less. The battery change-out system has been separated from the battery storage and retrieval system, yielding high-speed performance. Using laser distance measuring, the system moves, positions and maps each battery location. It includes an integrated battery management system for optimized rotation. Conveyor for freezer applications

For use with automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), the Transporter 2007 conveyor system works in freezer applications at -20 degrees Fahrenheit. The conveyor transports pallet loads from the mainline conveyor and presents them to the storage/retrieval machine within a / inch tolerance. It eliminates the need for hydraulic lift tables to stage loads. Economical inkjet marking

Using proprietary drop-on-demand valve inkjet technology, the compact, user-friendly I-Mark SX 16 marking system operates in challenging industrial environments where vibrations and dust exist. Priced lower than the supplier's previously offered printers, the unit offers more memory than low-end carton marking systems. Character size ranges from ½ inch (1 line) to 1.5 inches (2 lines). The system prints on the top or sides of cartons. The controller, printhead and ink system are all integrated into one unit. An icon-based menu and hot keys are included for ease of operation, while a low-ink warning indicator and the pressurized ink canister using water-based ink eliminates the need for an external ink pump. NSF certified, RoHS and WEEE compliant, the 3280/85/88 casters are based on swivel and rigid housings made of heavy-duty steel construction. Save space with spiral conveyors

With a small footprint, spiral conveyors provide substantial space savings compared to conventional conveyors. One drive motor conveys loads up and down in a continuous flow for high throughput rates. Depending on the size of the loads, the outside diameter of the conveyor ranges from 4 feet, 9 inches to 8 feet, 6 inches. Maximum load capacity is 75 pounds per linear foot of conveyor with speeds up to 200 feet per minute. To safeguard against sliding or tumbling loads, the angle of incline is between 9 and 11 degrees. When used with Vijeo Designer version 4.4 configuration software, the terminals ensure flexibility, hardware range and operating system choice. Controlled by a single software package, the terminals use six function keys to reduce implementation time and costs. Modular RFID label printer/applicator

Model 5300 label printer/applicator combines modular design with high-speed, high-quality label printing and RFID encoding. The unit offers several pressure-sensitive label application methods including air-blow, tamp-blow, corner-wrap and two-label/adjacent panel labeling. To minimize downtime and reduce changeovers, the unit operates with a one-to-one relationship among its label supply, liner rewind and ribbon usage. The 8-inch Versa Tong hoist lifts pipes with exterior diameters ranging from 8.5 inches to 10.125 inches and up to 3,000 pounds. Hoists for heavy-duty jobs

Separate up to 140 air pillows per minute

Fully automatic dispensing of air pillows is simplified with the Bag Separator. The machine separates strands of air cushions into single air pillows, which can be easily distributed and dispensed. Bags measuring either 8 x 8 inches or 8 x 4 inches are separated at a rate of 40 bags per minute for straight-feed applications and 140 bags per minute when feeding a reservoir.
