Collaboration is back, Aberdeen study finds

FOUR OUT OF FIVE companies surveyed recently by the Aberdeen Group (www.aberdeen.com) report their emphasis on customer collaboration has increased during the last few years.
According to the report, two factors are influencing this renewed emphasis on supply chain collaboration:
- Global competition is forcing companies to remove inefficiencies from their supply chains.
- On-demand technology platforms are making collaboration easier.
