A LIVE ART AUCTION held during the recent conference of the Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association (MHEDA, www.mheda.org) netted more than $12,000 for the MHEDA Scholarship Fund. The two auctioned paintings were produced by keynote speaker Erik Wahl during his presentation, “The Art of Vision.”

MHEDA members Jack Phelan, Jerry Weidmann and Chuck Frank pooled their funds to win the auction for the painting “Albert Einstein.”

Member George Prest won the auction for the second painting, “Lady Liberty.” He donated it to the MHEDA office.
