A recent study commissioned by the Material Handling Industry of America shows automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) consistently meet expectations for uptime, return on investment (ROI) and space savings.
Highlights from the study:
- Average uptime for an AS/RS is 97.34%
- 96% of users say their AS/RS met or exceeded ROI expectations
- 100% of users say their AS/RS met or exceeded space efficiency expectations
- 100% of users would recommend an AS/RS to another company
