During your visit, I hope you will be able to take advantage of the most comprehensive material handling and logistics education opportunity found under one roof in 2008.
At NA 2008 you have the unique opportunity to learn about manufacturing and supply chain solutions in NA 2008’s more than 70 educational sessions and then to see these solutions in action on the show floor by best-in-class providers. Please visit the Knowledge Center at the back of the NA 2008 show floor for session titles and times.
MHIA also publishes literature and standards, provides e-learning tools and keeps a vast library of material handling and logistics resources. For more information on MHIA programming and resources, visit the MHIA Bookstore on the NA 2008 show floor.
Other educational programs include The Material Handling Education Foundation, which provides scholarships and grants to students and teachers to assist their educational and professional growth. The College-Industry Council on Material Handling Education (CICMHE) consists of members from industry and academia who work together to develop educational programs and curriculum that meet the needs of the complex business environment.
Visit the MHIA booth near the front of the NA 2008 show floor entrance or visit www.mhia.org for more information on MHIA educational resources.
I am confident you will find your time at NA 20008 to be time well spent, and that you will discover new ideas to help your business succeed in the years ahead.
