Two Materials Handling Scholarships will be offered to students in the 1976-1977 school year, in a program set up by The Material Handling Institute. Harnischfeger Corp. gave the first grant, for $3,000 to MHI. MHI, through its educational committee, also provided a $3,000 grant.
