Increase storage capacity 50%

CubeStar vertical lift module (VLM) adds 50% more capacity to the automated high-density storage system. Storage efficiency is maximized with 1 inch adjustability of tray positions, ensuring the least amount of vertical space is used to store items. The control system determines the best storage position in the unit for a particular item based on the least amount of space used and the fastest retrieval position.

Sort over 41,000 items in an hour

An ultra high-rate unit sorter, the QuadSorter, can divert over 41,000 items/hour. This four-cells-per-carrier crossbelt sorter offers a flexible sort plan that does not require pre-sortation and significantly increases the throughput of traditional single-cell crossbelt sorters. It uses multiple high-rate induction stations to eliminate complex routing conveyors and maximize facility space. Products ranging from 2 by 2 by 0.05 inches to 31.5 by 35.5 by 23.5 inches can be sorted. Each of the belted quad-cell carriers operates independently, in tandem, or in a synchronized mode.
