Bringing together two leaders in the automated inventory dispensing market, SupplyPro, Inc. (www.supplypro.com) has finalized the acquisition of Vertex Technologies, Inc. (www.vertexinteractive.com).

The result is said to be the most comprehensive line of point-of-use materials management systems ranging from open-shelf inventory tracking devices to high-security dispensers and lockers.
