Advance Storage Products has opened a new plant in Salt Lake City. The 65,000-square-foot facility houses manufacturing for Advance’s pushback and structural rack systems.
Headquartered in Garden Grove, Calif., with a manufacturing plant in Cedartown, Ga., Advance provides warehouse racking systems to customers throughout the United States, Canada and overseas.
“With the continued growth of our business, the opening of the Utah plant will allow us to better serve our customers in the west,” said John Krummell, President and CEO of Advance. “The new plant will increase our manufacturing capacity significantly and will facilitate more efficient delivery to customers nationwide.”
Under the leadership of Plant Manager Tim Schulz, the new plant will employ 40 people by the end of the year.
