Autoquip Corporation acquires OSCO

Acquisition of industrial control panel manufacturer intended to broaden Autoquip's portfolio.

Autoquip Corporation has announced it will acquire OSCO, Inc. (Oklahoma Systems Company, Inc.), an industrial control panel manufacturer based in Oklahoma City, Okla.

Specializing in the design of UL508A listed enclosed industrial control panels, OSCO, Inc. will conduct business as OSCO Controls, a division of Autoquip Corporation.

Since 1992, OSCO has provided customers with custom control panels to improve productivity in manufacturing companies. OSCO is a total solutions provider, from design concept to production, pre-test to testing, and installation to support.

“This acquisition will allow us to provide a diverse range of control platforms, advance logic technologies, and automation solutions to help our customers realize greater success,” said Joe Robillard, president of Autoquip. “In addition to OSCO Controls being an integrative product offering to Autoquip’s lifting equipment, we also believe they are a perfect fit with our values for producing quality products, deep expertise, and excellent service. I’m excited to welcome the OSCO team as we look to create additional value for all our customers.”

Oscar Selling, founder of OSCO, said, “We are excited to become part of Autoquip because we believe this will posture OSCO to provide many more solutions, innovations and expertise for our customers’ control panel needs in the future.”

OSCO Controls and its employees will continue to office out of their current Oklahoma City location. Oscar Selling will oversee operations as general manager.
