Columbus McKinnon offers materials handling challenge at ProMat

Columbus McKinnon will be offering visitors the opportunity to earn discounts on future orders by sharing unique applications with members of the company.


Columbus McKinnon Corporation, a designer, manufacturer and marketer of material handling products, will be offering visitors the opportunity to earn discounts on future orders by sharing unique applications with members of the company. Everyone who participates will also be entered into a drawing for a $500 travel voucher from Southwest Airlines. The promotion will run each day of the show, with the Grand Prize Winner announced at the conclusion of the event on March 24. All participants have until the end of June to use special certificates that will be handed out as part of the event. These certificates may be used for discounts off a single order of Columbus McKinnon products, including hoists, trolleys, cranes, and below-the-hook lifting devices.

“One of the strengths of Columbus McKinnon is our versatile and highly trained sales force. Working in conjunction with our channel partners, we strive to provide the exact products and systems to meet the requirements of users in a variety of industries. We look forward to discussing many special applications at ProMat and working with users to develop solutions,” states Steve Vitello, Executive Director of Sales for Hoist & Rigging in North America.

In addition to the “Material Handling Challenge” promotion for end-users; numerous hoists, rigging products, and accessories will be on display in Booth 1838. Products will range from
the latest edition of the Lodestar Electric Chain Hoist to a variety of lifting attachments designed with the user in mind.

ProMat 2011 will be held March 21 - 24, 2011 at McCormick Place South in Chicago. The tradeshow will showcase the latest manufacturing, distribution and supply chain solutions in the material handling and logistics industry.
