In a press conference on Tuesday, Flexcon Container’s (Booth 4046) president Ken Beckerman unveiled the company’s new display design, as well as several new reusable systems for organization of automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) and vertical lift modules (VLMs).

“The new, streamlined look of the booth represents how we help people address their organization, security, process optimization, growth or consolidation challenges,” he said. “We have a solution for companies, regardless of where they are in the supply chain—manufacturing, storage, transport and distribution.”

Product-wise, the new containers and dividers make carousels, AS/RS, VLMs and virtually any form of automation, storage and production line work more efficiently while protecting products, Beckerman added. Among the new offerings are 600 x 400-millimeter AS/RS totes that are compatible with virtually any robotic system; a line of horizontally and vertically stronger, stackable pallet sleeves that resist impacts; and a selection of low-cost, low-weight and space-saving divider systems for VLMs.

“The dividers are quiet during the movement of the shelves, and don’t add excessive weight to each tray in the VLM,” he said.
