Ergonomic pallet storage solution featured at Frazier

Frazier Industrial’s (Booth 5047) Domenick Iellimo, executive VP, introduced the new Ergo Deep Reach pallet storage solution in a press conference on Monday.

“It was developed in response to customer needs for an easier way to pick heavy cases,” said Iellimo. “The Ergo Deep Reach’s pallet locations sit at a low level while enabling workers to walk through the racking.”

Other ergonomic racking solutions highlighted include the Pallet Mole that maximizes floor space by storing pallets up to six high and 50 positions deep while maintaining selectivity. “We’ve completed several Pallet Mole installations, including most recently for Premium Waters in Kansas,” he added.

Iellimo also showcased the SelecDeck carton flow system for converting lower pallet rack levels into floor pick locations that features a universal shelf bed to accommodate cases of all shapes and sizes, and several installations of high-rise rack-supported buildings used in automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS).
