Ohio facility features increased stock levels, faster order processing and routine same-day shipping.

Intelligrated, a leading North American-owned automated materials handling solutions provider, has opened a new state-of-the-art parts fulfillment center for aftermarket support. The new center, located in Cincinnati, provides customers with access to increased parts stock levels, faster order processing and same-day shipping on all in-stock parts.

The 81,000-square-foot facility, which stocks over 14,000 SKUs of genuine OEM replacement and commodity parts for immediate fulfillment to its customers, is strategically located to provide Intelligrated customers with quick turnaround on emergency manufactured spare parts needs.

“Intelligrated is dedicated to providing the highest level of lifecycle support to our installed base of equipment,” said Dennis Gates, Intelligrated’s vice president of customer service and support. “Intelligrated’s OnTimeParts initiative, which combines the expertise of our parts specialist team, the convenience of online ordering and our new aftermarket fulfillment center, ensures that any maintenance department providing service to their facility’s automated material handling system can find and receive their spare parts quickly and efficiently.”
