With almost 20 years of experience with Yale and parent company NACCO Materials Handling Group, Inc. (NMHG), Pfleger served as the managing director of NMHG Asia-Pacific for three and a half years; managing director of Yale Europe, Middle East and Africa for two years; and vice president of Yale dealer development for seven years.

Yale Materials Handling Corporation recently named William (Bill) Pfleger president of Yale Distribution.

Pfleger also served as CFO and then vice president of operations at Yale Materials Handling Michigan, Inc. during his seven years with this independent dealership.

“Last year, Yale unveiled several custom-engineered agile and durable lift truck models while simultaneously launching the brand’s new and improved look and feel,” said Pfleger. “I look forward to continuing to position Yale as a full-line solutions provider for application needs while reinforcing the message that Yale prides itself on our warehousing products advantage and low cost of ownership. The recently developed ‘Problem Solved’ tagline is very accurate for the superior support and ingenuity that Yale and our dealer network provides given the intensity and passion we bring to the materials handling market.”

A father of three boys with wife Kathy, Pfleger received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University. Prior to his overseas assignments, Pfleger was on the board of directors for the Pitt-Greenville Soccer Association and was actively involved with the Boy Scouts of America.

“I look forward to re-engaging with a select group of not-for-profit organizations within my community,” said Pfleger.
