Material handling equipment manufacturer, Wildeck, Inc., will welcome the Honorable Jeff Scrima, Mayor of Waukesha, at a gala 35th Anniversary Open House on Sunday, June 26th at the company’s U.S. headquarters and manufacturing operations in Waukesha, WI.  The event inaugurates a year-long celebration of this major company milestone.

“We are extremely proud of our growth and the success we have enjoyed as a leading manufacturer here in Waukesha, Wisc., for some 35 years,” said Wildeck President, Keith G. Pignolet. “In 1976, as a division of Williams Steel, the company had only four employees. Today, Wildeck has nearly 100 employees and has evolved to become a premier U.S. manufacturer of steel fabricated products that are used for the safe and efficient storage and handling of goods in warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing operations and many other facilities.”

Wildeck designs and manufactures standard and custom industrial steel work platforms (mezzanines), material lifts (VRCs), and performance-proven safety guarding products that are sold through a dedicated and experienced network of customer-service-oriented dealers and systems integrators nationwide.

According to Hubert Schlegel, director of marketing for Wildeck, “No other company designs and manufacturers such a comprehensive variety of products for industrial and commercial material handling applications.  Through the efforts of our dedicated team of employee owners, Wildeck remains committed to helping customers improve their supply chain operations - making them safer, more efficient, and more profitable.  It’s what we do.”

Wildeck’s Open House will include facility tours, food, family events and attendance prizes.  At 12:45 p.m., Mayor Scrima will discuss economic growth in Waukesha and the contributions that companies like Wildeck are making to its continuing vitality and growth.

Based in Waukesha, WI, Wildeck is a member of the MHIA (Material Handling Industry of America) and is the largest manufacturer of industrial steel work platforms/mezzanines, vertical lifts, and safety guarding products in North America.  Wildeck products are used for the safe and efficient handling, storage, and protection of materials to improve supply chain efficiency, productivity and profitability.  For 35 years, the company has grown through a dedicated and experienced network of customer-service-oriented dealers and systems integrators, nationwide.
