In the wake of a product recall that included more than 50 million units of Tylenol arthritis products, St. Joseph's Aspirin, Motrin and other products, the McNeil Consumer Healthcare unit of Johnson & Johnson reported that it has taken steps to ensure that similar situations do not happen in the future.
