The Raymond Corp. (Booth 7017) has announced significant investment into the software and server infrastructure supporting its iWarehouse fleet optimization system offerings.
An enhanced version of the Essential version, the Enterprise version can include a cloud-based labor management system (LMS) providing visibility into productivity, utilization and operational metrics.
“Instead of waiting until the middle of the month to find out what happened in the previous month, this system can provide actionable information on the same day,” said Scott Craver, product manager of the business and information solutions for The Raymond Corp. “This software can give you knowledge—not just data—that will benefit you today and five years from now.”
Capturing data from multiple sources, including the WMS, time clocks and iWarehouse, the LMS system is capable of modeling standards before they go into effect. It also includes consulting and maintenance services as part of an ongoing program.
