To enhance your Modex experience, the Material Handling Industry of America (MHIA) is providing free Wi-Fi wireless internet connectivity at the Social Networking Lounge on the show floor. Further, more show information—including the online exhibitor directory, educational seminars and your agenda planner—can be accessed at the mobile site m.modexshow.com or with a download of a Modex app available for Android and iPhone/iPad devices.

“The Social Networking Area is a great spot for attendees to come together for social interaction and networking during the show,” explained Carol Miller, vice president of marketing and communications for MHIA. “There will be email kiosks, charging stations and plenty of seating.”

In addition to helping attendees stay up-to-date with exhibitors, events and co-located Modex educational partners, MHIA is using social media sites as vehicles to make connections and communicate before, during and after the show.

To hear what others are saying about Modex on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn, follow the following Web sites: http://www.modexshow.com/twitter www.m,odexshow.com/facebook and http://www.modexshow.com/linkedin  .

“Plus, all tweets with the #modexshow hashtag are being posted on http://www.modexshow.com and on the screen in the Modex Social Networking Lounge,” Miller added.

Modex 2012 is scheduled to be held February 6-9, 2012 in Atlanta’s Georgia World Congress Center. The tradeshow will showcase the latest manufacturing, distribution and supply chain solutions in the material handling and logistics industry. Modern’s complete Modex 2012 coverage.
