Voxware features cloud-based predictive modeling analytics platform

Building from its experience in cloud-based voice solutions, Voxware (Booth 2721) developed Intellestra, a cloud-based predictive modeling and supply chain analytics platform, to give managers a real-time view of data across the entire supply chain.

Four years ago, Voxware launched VoxPilot, a voice picking dashboard to provide actionable data for warehouse supervisors and managers. According to Keith Phillips, president and CEO, the next logical step was to go beyond picking to offer analytics for the whole supply chain. Incorporating data from familiar systems like warehouse, transportation and order management systems, the platform also analyzes sales forecasting, proof of delivery and social media data to inform warehouse operations.

“If a truck scheduled to leave at 4 p.m. is likely to get caught in bad weather, the warehouse manager might be notified that it should leave an hour early, and Intellestra can help adjust and synchronize fulfillment to meet that new deadline and ensure optimal service levels are met,” Phillips said. “Supply chain leaders at every level of the retail operation—from shift supervisor to DC manager and up to the VP of supply chain operations—will be able to manage every aspect of picking, shipping and distribution of products in real-time.”
